It’s “the building everyone loves to hate.” I have to admit I’ve had my close calls on the granite floors during the rainy season. It was an architectural experiment that never got the “form follows function” memo.
I laughed at first, too. It is a giant WTF in the middle of downtown. But my thoughts about it’s aesthetics have changed. I now love it’s daring nature. Imagine a spa set in a hanging garden. Instead of the din of humans, imagine the sound of waterfalls dotting the floors. Or a giant vertical farm!
I do fear it’s fate will be the same as a pinata though….
